Um pouco sobre essa viagem~
A bit about this trip~

I was traveling from August 21st to 29th (today) and I wanted to share a bit of my outfits. I wore mostly casual lolita, but experimented with some other styles as well while keeping it all on the same colors. I think it makes sense to show the outfits together, as they kinda look like a capsule closet combination :) Almost everything is from non lolita brands, with the exception of the Violet Fane dress (I really love the Enchanted Town!), the Atelier Pierrot blouse and the Melikestea petticoat that I wore in every outfit with poofy skirts. Well, there's also some VW stuff, but it still is not strictly lolita, right?
Our trip from Berlin to the Baltics was long, and I decided to use the time on board to paint a little bit. I went with my Kumakumya, and I also made a tiny painting from him.
Achei as silhuetas super interessantes!
The first baltic city we visited was Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. I didn't know much about it, only that Vinted's headquarters are there. We arrived super late into the night, but something quite lucky happened: it was their Fashion Week (the Sustainable Fashion Week!) and one of their exhibits was exactly at our hotel. What are the odds?? I think the sillouettes were super interesting!
On the next day, it was lovely to do some sightseeing, and the city seemed quite peaceful. We walked everywhere on foot, instead of using public transportation. I also tried their very famous pink soup, the šaltibarščiai.
Our next Baltic city was Riga, Latvia's capital. Their old town was super pretty, we also walked a lot in there! We found a shop called Black Magic that sells their famous liquor, the Black Balsam... I honestly didn't like it, too bitter :( But the shop was lovely, it looked like it came straight out of the Chocola no Mahou / Schokohexe; and they had delicious praline.
On the next morning we enjoyed the Art Nouveau district, there were just SO MANY beautiful buildings! Here's some of them:
We then went to the next train trip until Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Their language is completely different from the other two. Their antique town was even bigger and more charming, with huge old churches (catholic, ortodox, lutheran and more), and more palaces and stairways everywhere.
I was quite in love with their beer and their craft/handmade shops. I think we bought like 12 cans of estonian beer, haha, and I found a lovely red blazer that I think I can modify to be more lolified... If I finish the project, the link will be here.
This last part of the trip I kinda imagined it could be by train, but no, it was on a boat - we crossed the seas to go to Helsinki, in Finland!! And the boat was called VIKING, I can't!~~~ I finished painting sceneries from the other cities while on the boat.

O cheiro do mar? Encantador. A arquitetura? Encantadora. Ouvir as pessoas falando finlandês? ENCANTADOR.
I know I am biased, I knew a little bit about Helsinki before traveling and I was head over heels there. The smell of the sea? Lovely. Architecture? Lovely. Hearing people speaking in finnish? LOVELY. The amount of cute places and second-hand shops? Amazing. I had a blast drinking craft beer, visiting museums, and the Helsinki EGL comm recommended me two cafés: Engel and Momochi. I managed to eat a big pretty pastry at Engel's, the same day we visited most of the old town.
And café Momochi I visited on the second day, before we went to the airport. It was super cute! There is just so many japanese-inspired things in central Helsinki...
I also found some time to search through the second hand shops, and Relove is one that was super interesting. They have several shops in the city and even one at the airport; but the one I visited had even a café inside. I know this is not strictly lolita, but it looks so damn pretty! Flowers and color coordinated clothing racks, mirrors and comfy places to sit...
Beijinhos ♡
That's it for today, see you next time! Kisses ♡
