Beautiful basic items!

Há muito tempo eu queria comprar coisas novas do MeLikesTea. Já tenho anáguas suficientes, mas e aquela linda Blusa Glinda MLT relançada? E bloomers com nervuras e fitas? Não tenho bloomers compridos, e os grandes cor-de-rosa que tenho, comprei no tamanho errado, por isso são enormes para mim. Como fui pessoalmente à sede da MLT, tive a oportunidade de experimentar algumas coisas antes de comprar - os bloomers que comprei e a Blusa Glinda.

I was wanting to buy new things from MeLikesTea for a long time. I have enough petticoats for now, but what about that gorgeous Glinda Blouse MLT re-released? And bloomers with pintucks and ribbons? I don't have long bloomers, and the big pink ones from them that I own, I bought the wrong size so they are huge for me. Since I went personally to MLT's headquarters, I had a chance to try some stuff on before buying - the bloomers I got and the Glinda Blouse.

Ganhei a fita rosa antiga de presente, mas paguei por todos os outros itens. Acho importante falar sobre essas coisas, porque não sou influenciadora, não faço anúncios e adoro apoiar os negócios das minhas amigas ♥ Nessa foto abaixo vocês podem ver como a organza é diferente do voile: a organza é mais brilhante , quase brilhante e mais transparente. O voile é mais pesado, mais opaco, mas deixa passar um pouco de cor/luz nele.

I got the antique rose ribbon as a gift, but paid for all the other items. I think it is important to talk about these things, because I'm no influencer, I make no ads and I love supporting my friends' businesses ♥ In this pic below you can see how different the organza is from voile: organza is shinier, almost glitter-like, and more transparent. Voile is heavier, more opaque, but lets a bit of color/light go through it.

Acho que às vezes as fotos não são precisas o suficiente! O lacinho Matilda (pequeno e enroladinho) é verde escura e comprei para combinar com meu dirndl JSK. Falarei sobre vestidos dirndl em um post em breve ❤

I think sometimes the pictures are not accurate enough! The Matilda ribbon (small, curly one) is dark green and I bought it to match my dirndl JSK. I will talk about dirndl dresses in a post sometime soon ❤

O laço de voile rosa antigo tem uma cor linda, e na minha opinião combina bem com vestidos mais maduros, ou com muitas coisas que tenho! Um bom exemplo é o meu Cameo Window:

The pink voile bow has a gorgeous antique color, and in my opinion it goes well more mature dresses, or with many things I own! One good example is my Cameo Window:

O outro laço tem o tom perfeito para combinar com a blusa Glinda. Veja bem, eles são broches - originalmente pensados para serem usados no pescoço, talvez na frente do vestido ou na parte de trás da cintura. Tentei colocá-los na cabeça (com um arquinho) e não ficou muito bom, eles são grandes demais. Porém, se você usa perucas ou tem cabelo grande, pode ficar legal usá-las atrás assim:

The other bow is in the perfect shade to match the Glinda blouse. Mind you, they are brooches - originally thought to be worn on your neck, maybe in the front of your dress, or at the back in the waist. I tried putting them on my head (like a standing headbow) and it was not really good, they are just too big. However, if you wear wigs or have big hair, it can look cool to wear them in the back like this:

Esta camisa serve perfeitamente. Sei que no site tem medidas, mas resolvi experimentar os tamanhos S e M. Não chego nas medidas máximas do S, mas tenho mais do que as medidas recomendadas, então pensei que assim era melhor experimentar os dois tamanhos. Resultado: o tamanho S ainda cabe e o tamanho M é um pouco grande para os meus ombros - a MLT é absolutamente fiel aos tamanhos listados. No entanto, cabe a você decidir quanto espaço precisa para se sentir confortável.

This shirt fits perfectly. I know in the website there are measurements, but I decided to try sizes S and M. I didn't hit the max measurements on S, but I have more than the recommended measurements, so I thought it was better to try them both on. Result: size S still fits and size M is a bit too big on my shoulders - MLT is absolutely true to size. However, it's up to you to decide how much room you need to feel comfortable.
