Acho que tive muita sorte neste. Conversei com a vendedora no dia que ela postou o vestido no Vinted, mas faltou coragem de perguntar se ela aceitaria um parcelamento ^^' Aí economizei e perguntei de novo, 15 dias depois... E ela ainda não tinha vendido! Chegou na minha casa em 3 dias.

I guess I was pretty lucky on this one. I talked to the seller the day she posted the dress on Vinted, but I lacked the courage to ask if she would accept a payment plan ^^' Then I saved up and asked again, 15 days later... And she still had not sold it! It arrived in my place within 3 days.

Por alguma razão, pensei que a estampa era marrom e rosa, mas não - É PRETA!! É ainda melhor para mim, e em breve explico o porquê. Primeiro, vamos dar uma olhada no cardigã:

For some reason, I thought the print was brown and pink, but no - IT IS BLACK!! It's even better for me, and soon I'll explain why. First, let's take a look into the cardigan:

O cardigã é uma mistura de lã pura e acrílico. (Ele pinica um bocadinho quando fica diretamente encostado na pele.) Esses desenhos são feitas diretamente na hora de "tricotar" a lã, não são estampadas depois. Apenas o coração rosa e os lacinhos são costurados. E olha que amor esses lacinhos nas mangas!

The cardigan is a mix of real wool and acrylic. (It stings a little when it sits directly against the skin.) These chocolate designs are made directly at the time of "knitting" the wool, they are not printed afterwards. Only the pink heart and the little bows are sewn on. And look how much love these bows on the sleeves!

Os detalhes, ooooh os detalhes. Eu amo essa rendinha dourada, a estampa de chocolate rosa e que os botões têm formas muito fofas de praline/bombons. Olhe para todos os chocolatinhos nas waist ties!! OH MEU DEUS!

The details, ooooh the details. I love this tiny golden lace, the pink chocolate texture and that the buttons have very cute praline shapes. Look at all of the little chocolates on the waist ties!! OMG!

Ainda não tenho um manequim, que é a melhor forma de exibir o vestido; então aqui está uma foto dele enquanto ainda estava na Vinted. De longe você não consegue ver nada de errado com ele, é perfeito. Só se você chegasse perto do vestido, veria algumas manchas amareladas. A vendedora descreveu tudo isso, é claro. Aqui estão algumas dessas manchas:

I still don't own a mannequin, which is the best way to display the dress; so here's a picture of it while it still was on Vinted. From a distance you can't see anything wrong with it, it is perfect. Only if you come close to the dress, you would see some yellowish stains. The seller described all of these, of course. Here's a few of them:

Aqui vem o ponto: o bom de descobrir que a estampa era com preto como cor dominante (e não marrom), pra mim, se chama CONSISTÊNCIA. Quando boa parte do seu armário já tem as cores rosa e preto, qualquer item que tiver essas duas cores vai casar maravilhosamente com as coisas que você já tem, multiplicando assim as suas possibilidades de combinação. Claro, essa estampa tem bastante marrom também, o que ajuda a ressaltar a vibe de chocolate, mas... Eu juntei todas as peças que funcionam com esse tema e simplesmente tudo combinou magicamente! Consistência num armário é isso, tudo vai se encaixar.

Here's the thing: the good about discovering that the print was with black as the dominant color (and not brown), for me, is called CONSISTENCY. When a good part of your closet already has pink and black, any item that has these two colors will go wonderfully with the things you already have, thus multiplying your combination possibilities. Of course, this print has a lot of brown in it too, which helps bring out the chocolate vibe, but... I put together all the pieces that work with this theme and it just magically came together! Consistency in a closet is that, everything will fall into place.

Estou obviamente apaixonada. Apesar de o Sugary Carnival ser o meu favorito, o Melty Chocolate (uma estampa lançada no mesmo ano!) sempre foi o segundo lugar no meu coração. E como a estampa que eu consegui é preta, posso usar a meia e o cardigã com as duas estampas, por exemplo, junto com muitos outros detalhes combinando. É uma situação ganha-e-ganha! ❤

I'm obviously in love. Even though Sugary Carnival is my favorite, Melty Chocolate (a print released in the same year!) was always the second place in my heart. And because the print I got has black, I can use the socks and cardigan with both prints, for example, along with many other matching details. It's a win-win situation! ❤

Ah, mais uma coisinha. Uma pessoa (ou pessoas?) muito talentosa fez alguns papéis de parede usando os anúncios originais da Melty Chocolate. Vou compartilhá-los aqui!
