Uma nova revista lolita impressa!
A new printed lolita magazine!
Eu encomendei durante a campanha do Kickstarter lá por... fevereiro de 2025, eu acho? Tudo o que sei é que arrecadamos a meta em menos de uma hora (!) e ultrapassamos várias vezes o valor mínimo! Isso que é COMUNIDADE, galera! Conseguimos! Enfim, teve o tempo de produção, alguns atrasos e depois eu pedi para adiar porque estava viajando (três vezes). Bom, finalmente chegou! Dá uma olhada:
I ordered it during the Kickstarter campain back in... Februrary 2025, I think? All I know is that we funded the whole thing in less than an hour (!) and surpassed several times the minimum amount! Tell me about COMMUNITY, people! We did it! Anyway, there was the production time, some delay, and then me asking to postpone it because I was traveling (three times). Well, it finally arrived! Take a look:
Lembro-me vagamente de ter que escolher a estampa da camiseta e a estampa da bolsa, mas esqueci completamente que também havia encomendado o cachecol e que havia tantos pôsteres e adesivos! A camiseta é superconfortável e macia, e eu já a usei aqui. Ela também tem estampa nas costas! O cachecol é bem mais quente do que outros que eu tenho, e também é mais grosso, perfeito para o inverno. A bolsa tem bolsos externos (eu adoro!) e um compartimento especial para colocar um chaveiro ou pingente (que eu também estou usando).
I remember vaguely that I had to choose the T-Shirt print and the bag print, but I totally forgot that I had ordered the scarf and that there were so many posters and stickers too! The Tee is super confortable and soft, and I wore it already here. It is also printed in the back! The scarf is way warmer than others that I own, and it is also chunkier, perfect for winter. The bag has pockets outside (I love it) and it has a special place for holding a keychain or charm (which I am also using).
Sobre a revista em si: ela é PESADA, a qualidade de impressão é ótima e todas as páginas são impressas em cores, em papel levemente brilhante. Eu adorei. Não vou escanear todas as páginas, mas queria mostrar algumas partes interessantes. Primeiro, o editorial!
About the magazine itself: it is HEAVY, the print quality is nice, and all pages are printed in full color, in a slightly glossy paper. I love it. I won't scan every single page, but I wanted to showcase some interesting parts. First, the editorial!
Em segundo lugar, temos entrevistas com marcas de 5 continentes!! h.Naoto e AtePie do Japão, algumas da Austrália, várias marcas chinesas e coreanas, algumas marcas europeias (incluindo Violet Fane e Wirehead!), muitas marcas americanas e a Moon Bastet do Chile.
Second, there are brand interviews from 5 continents!! h.Naoto and AtePie from Japan, some from Australia, several chinese and korean brands, some european brands (Violet Fane and Wirehead included!), lots of american brands and Moon Bastet from Chile.
(Acabei de perceber que desconheço a existência de marcas independentes na África. Desconheço completamente as comunidades lolita africanas e gostaria de saber mais! Teria sido ótimo vê-las em uma entrevista para uma revista também.)
(I just realized, I am unaware if there are any indie brands in Africa. I am completely unaware of the African lolita communities and I wish I knew more! It would have been great to have them showcased in an interview on a magazine too.)
Assim como as antigas edições da GLB, a Le Vitrail também traz dicas de maquiagem, de viagem e até receitas. A revista também apresenta algumas músicas trevosas em uma playlist interessante, estou louca pra escutar alguma dessas!
Like the old GLBs, Le Vitrail also has some makeup tips, travel tips and even recipes. The magazine also showcases some dark songs in an interesting playlist, I'm super eager to try and listen some of them!
Tem também vários envios de fotos de coords e de grups, e uma quantidade enorme de ARTE. Um monte de ilustrações, quadrinhos e fotos lindas. Tem também uma matéria interessante sobre taxidermia e um guia de fotografia com filme. Simplesmente incrível!
There are also several photo submissions from coords and group photos, and a huge amount of ART. A lot of illustrations, comics and beautiful photos. There is also a very insteresting article about taxidermy, and a film photography guide. Simply amazing!
Estou muito feliz que a revista esteja aqui e apoiarei com prazer os próximos lançamentos!
Em outras notícias, estou atualizando aos poucos a página 'wardrobe'. Ainda estou editando todas as peças principais e ainda não comecei a tirar fotos dos acessórios menores, sapatos e meias, mas espero terminar no próximo mês. Principalmente porque quero vender alguns itens, preciso tirar fotos decentes, então por que não fotografar tudo? Vou mencionar num post quando eu terminar.
I am quite happy that the magazine is here, and I'll be gladly supporting also the next releases!
In other news, I'm slowly updating the 'wardrobe' page. I am still editing all the main pieces, and I haven't started taking pics of the smaller accessories, shoes and socks, but hopefully I will finish next month. Especially because I want to sell some items, I gotta take decent pictures, so why not photograph them all? I will write on a post when I finished.
