Como fiz em outros posts, estou compartilhando minhas compras no Japão por marca e também minhas análises sobre elas. Hoje é o dia de falar sobre a BTSSB! Aqui está o que comprei em várias lojas da Baby (Tóquio, Kyoto e Osaka):

As I did on other posts, I'm posting about my purchases in Japan by brand, and also sharing my analysis on them. Today's the day to talk about BTSSB! This is what I bought in several Baby locations (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka):

...E o cetro de princesa, que eu sempre esqueço de colocar nas fotos porque o guardo em um lugar diferente das minhas roupas.

...And the princess scepter, that I always forgot to put into pictures because I store it in a different place than my clothes.

...E esses broches que estavam escondidos dentro da minha Usakumya.

...And these brooches that was hidden inside my Usakumya.

Eu realmente queria comprar um vestido que me fizesse sentir como uma princesa, e devo dizer que este JSK lindo é perfeito para isso. Ele é tão detalhado, pesado com renda, babados e camadas, e fica lindo no meu corpo! Adorei como todos os outros acessórios que comprei (colar, anéis, brincos e o chaveiro da bolsa) combinam com ele de alguma forma. O cetro de princesa foi uma sugestão do meu marido, e eu acho simplesmente encantador.

I really wanted to buy a dress that made me feel like a princess, and I must say this beautiful JSK is perfect for that. It is so detailed, heavy with lace and frills and layers, it sits beautifully on my body! I love how all the other accessories I bought (necklace, rings, earrings and the bag keychain) match it somehow. The princess scepter was a suggestion from my husband, and I think it is just lovely.

O laço é de outra série BTSSB - a peça que combinava com o vestido era um bonnet, mas acho que o Cameron Head Bow combina tão perfeitamente com este vestido, eles até têm a mesma renda de rosa!

The bow is from another BTSSB series - the matching piece for the dress was a bonnet, but I think the Cameron Head Bow matches this dress so perfectly, they even have the same rose lace!

Li alguns boatos na internet de que os funcionários dessa marca eram considerados os menos simpáticos entre as marcas japonesas. Essa definitivamente não foi a minha experiência! Será que é porque eu sempre carregava meu Usakumya comigo? Talvez porque eu sempre tentava falar um pouco de japonês, mesmo não sendo fluente? Nunca saberei, mas fico feliz que as funcionárias tenham sido tão gentis comigo. Uma das lojas me permitiu tirar uma pequena foto lá dentro — eles tinham uma versão super fofa da Momoko de Kamikaze Girls/Shimotsuma Monogatari feita com Usakumya ❤❤❤

I read gossip on the internet that staff of this brand was considered the least nice of the japanese brands. That was definitely not my experience! Could it be that I was always carrying my Usakumya with me? Maybe because I always tried to speak a little bit of japanese, even if I can't speak well? I will never know, but I'm happy the staff was so nice to me. One of the shops allowed me to take a small picture inside - they had a really cute Usakumya version of Momoko from Kamikaze Girls / Shimotsuma Monogatari ❤❤❤

Queria ter fotos de dentro das lojas para poder mostrar. Enquanto algumas parecem uma galeria aberta (como a Alice and the Pirates do LaForet e a loja da Baby no shopping Parco em Ikebukuro), outras eram mais fechadas e com tons de rosa muito específicos no chão que ficam lindos com suas paredes florais e móveis lindos. Alguma coisa nesses espaços fazia que eu me sentisse tão bem, quase hipnotizada pela quantidade de coisas lindas que tinham ao meu redor. Eu normalmente gosto de sweet lolita bem açucarado, como um cupcake radioativo (quem sabe, sabe), mas a minha experiência com as lojas da Baby foi como provar um Parfait com diversas camadinhas diferentes umas das outras, cada uma com seu sabor, e um macaron docinho mas não exagerado no topo.

I wish I had photos inside the stores to show you. While some felt like an open-air gallery (like LaForet's Alice and the Pirates and the Baby store in the Parco shopping mall in Ikebukuro), others were more enclosed, with very specific shades of pink on the floor that looked beautiful with their floral walls and lovely furniture. Something about these spaces made me feel so good, almost hypnotized by the amount of beautiful things around me. I usually like sweet lolita that's very sugary, like a radioactive cupcake (iykyk), but my experience with the Baby stores was like tasting a parfait with several different layers, each with its own flavor, and a sweet but not overly sweet macaron on top.

A loja de Kyoto me levou a experimentar muito mais coisas do que eu normalmente provaria, e a vendedora fez o laço mais lindo do universo quando eu experimentei esse JSK que comprei. Isso é outra coisa para se pensar, essa loja tinha um provador e era possível provar coisas, enquanto na loja de Osaka (relativamente grande), na Flagship/loja principal em Tokyo e várias outras lojas menores não era permitido experimentar nada. A Flagship tinha um banco muito bom pra sentar, de acordo com relatos do marido (eu estava ocupada olhando todas as coisas possíveis na loja, hahahah). Foi na loja principal também que a vendedora me explicou por que não tinha Usakumyas ou Kumakumyas à venda, que eu teria que participar do sistema de loteria seja pelo site ou pela loja física. Achei muito gentil da parte dela me dar tantos detalhes, mesmo sabendo que eu não morava no Japão. Nessa loja também que começaram a desenhar Kumyas no meu cartão-fidelidade, eu achei a coisa mais querida!!

The Kyoto store led me to try on far more things than I normally would, and the saleswoman made the most beautiful bow in the universe when I tried on this JSK I bought. That's another thing to consider; this store had a fitting room and it was possible to try things on, while in the Osaka store (relatively large), the flagship/main store in Tokyo, and several other smaller stores, trying anything on wasn't allowed. The flagship store had a really good bench to sit on, according to my husband (I was busy looking at everything possible in the store, hahaha). It was also in the main store that the saleswoman explained to me why they didn't have Usakumyas or Kumakumyas for sale, that I would have to participate in the lottery system either online or in the physical store. I thought it was very kind of her to give me so many details, even knowing that I didn't live in Japan. It was also in this store that they started drawing Kumyas on my loyalty card, which I thought was the sweetest thing!!

Enfim, as lojas físicas da BTSSB me fizeram ter certeza de quem tá mais pertinho do meu coração nos últimos tempos, e de que tipo de visual eu quero fazer. Fico aqui sonhando como deveria ser legal quando tinha a loja deles em Paris! Quantas lolitas será que se juntavam para ficar perto da loja em seus outfits bonitos, comendo em algum café próximo, talvez? Imagina se eles um dia fazem uma pop-up store em Berlim como a Angelic Pretty fez lá em 2024? Imagina se o sr Akinori Isobe e a sra Fumiyo Isobe vêm pra nos visitar? Que mágico seria!

Finally, the BTSSB physical stores have made me certain of who's been closest to my heart lately, and what kind of look I want to create. I keep dreaming about how cool it must have been when they had a store in Paris! How many lolitas must have gathered around the store in their pretty outfits, maybe eating at a nearby café? Imagine if they ever do a pop-up store in Berlin like Angelic Pretty did in 2024? Imagine if Mr. Akinori Isobe and Mrs. Fumiyo Isobe come to visit us? How magical that would be!
