No domingo passado (30/04) eu estava querendo fazer algo diferente, então decidi ir num parque que tem um mercadinho de pulgas bem interessante. Nao sei o quanto a expressão "mercado de pulgas" (tradução direta da expressão alemã) é conhecida no Brasil, lá em Porto Alegre por exemplo a gente chamava de "brique", sei de amigos que chamam algo parecido de "feira do rolo". É como um grande brechó a céu aberto. Como voce chama isso na sua região?

This last sunday (30/04) I wanted to do something different, so I decided to visit a park that has a really interesting fleamarket. I'm not sure how known the expression "flea market" (a direct translation from the german phrase) is known around the world. In the US there's this culture of making "garage sales", where I grew up that wasn't common. In the end, the fleamarket is just a big thrift shop in open air, hahaha. How do you call that where you live?

Pra me animar, eu escolhi um outfit bem sweet pra usar. Comecei pelos acessórios...

A idéia de ir pro parque era principalmente ver se tinha algo de interessante na feirinha (que alem de itens usados, também tem coisas novas feitas por artistas locais!), mas adorei aproveitar para pegar um pouco de sol. Vitamina D é importante! Deu pra ler um pouco, tirar fotos de instax da Clover (minha Blythe) e ainda deu pra aproveitar a música ao ar livre porque tinham músicos incriveis tocando! ♥

The idea was to go to the park mainly to check out the fleamarket and see if there was anything interesting (because apart from used items, there are also new things made my local artists!), but I really enjoyed basking in the sun. Vitamin D is important! I could read some, take cute instax pictures from Clover (minha Blythe) and also could enjoy the open air music, because there were some amaying musicians playing! ♥

Um pouquinho do parque. Estamos na primavera, e tinha umas árvores que soltavam tipo uns tufos de algodao (??) muito pequenos - dava a sensação de se estar num filme com essas plantinhas voando suavemente *__*

A little bit of the park. We're in spring, and there were some trees that had some cotton-like flowers (??) floating in the air - it gave me sensation of being in a movie with these blossoms softly flying around *__*

A Clover está usando uma tiara/arquinho de cabelos igual ao meu! Eu era apaixonada pelas criações da Thoughts of Nya, pena que a lojinha fechou. Essa montagem com macarons e lacinhos é o máximo!

My dear Clover is wearing a headband just like mine! I was completely nuts over the creations from Thoughts of Nya, it's a pity that the store has closed. This assembly of macarons and ribbons is the best!

Aqui estão algumas das coisinhas que encontrei na feirinha! Essa louça antiga em tons de rosa está bem bonitinha. Eu já tenho coisas suficientes na cozinha, mas consigo imaginar muitas amigas que iriam gostar!

Here are some of the stuff I found at the flea market! This old pink china kit is quite cute! I have already enough in my kitchen, but I can imagine many friends that would love that!

Uma Bíblia (?) antiga com letras douradas bonitas (porém sem capa) e esse set de louças antigas azuis que tem até um suporte de bolo com andarzinhos!

An antique Bible (?) with pretty golden letters (but without a cover) and this blue china set that has even a cute multi-layered cake stand!

Também encontrei artistas incríveis, de aquarela, de estilos super geométricos, de idéias fantásticas, de cartonagem... Esse aqui foi um dos que eu pude tirar foto, normalmente não dá! As artes deles estão disponíveis no site Serigraphica.

I also encountered incredible artist, that did watercolors, or super geometric styles, fantastic ideas, works with cardboard... This is one that I could take pictures, normally it"s not allowed! His arts are available on his website Serigraphica.

Também encontrei um artesão com colares maravilhosos, anéis e itens steampunk! Nunca vi nada igual. Me apaixonei por umas golas removiveis que vi a venda; elas misturavam pérolas, renda, pêlo falso e flores. Outras eram so de renda, outras tinham ate penas, incrivel! Não pude tirar fotos mas tem praticamente tudo no site Carol and Me.

I also encountered an artist with wonderful necklaces, rings and steampunk items! I've never seen anything like this. I fell in love with some removable collars that were for sale; they mixed pearls, lace, fake fur and flowers. Others were only made with lace, some others had even feathers! I couldn't take pics but there's pretty much everything on their website Carol and Me.

Pra mim, o ponto alto da feirinha na verdade foi outro: tinha três moças com umas roupas pretas muito maneiras numa banquinha de roupas usadas. E dessas roupas usadas, quase metade eram itens da Hello Kitty! Claro que eu fiquei hipnotizada ❤ Acabei comprando uma bolsa super gracinha e um card colecionavel de um personagem da Sanrio. Tirei uma foto de instax para essas três pessoas maneiras, mas acabei saindo sem saber os nomes delas ;__;

For me, the highlight was actually something else: there were three girls with some really cool black clothes in a used clothing stand. And among these clothing, almost half of it was Hello Kitty themed! Of course I was hypnotized ❤ I ended up buying a super cute bag and a collectible Sanrio character card. I took an instax picture for these 3 cool people, but I ended up leaving without knowing their names ;__;

Mädels, wenn ihr diese Nachricht lest, sagt bitte Hallo! Ich wäre gerne befreundet!

Essa bolsa da Hello Kitty se parece muito com umas coisas mais elegantes que a Sanrio tentou fazer ali entre 2008 e 2012. Depois disso o tipo de produto da HK que chegava na minha cidade era sempre voltado pro público infantil. Por isso achei incrível que elá esta tão inteira, sem rasgos nem manchas, e uma bolsa com no minimo 10 anos! Pessoalmente acho bem pratico de usar algo assim com outfits lolita ou com roupas do dia-a-dia também.

This Hello Kitty bag looks like some of the more elegant stuff that Sanrio tried to do there between 2008 e 2012. After that, the kind of products from HK that would arrive in my hometow was only targeted to small kids. That's why this bag amazed me, by being in such a nice condition, no scrateches, no stains, and it's at least 10 years old! I personally think this bag will be very practical to wear with both lolita outfits or civilian looks.
