Outfit inspirado num filme!

A movie-inspired outfit!

Ontem eu fui com alguns amigos assistir Wicked no cinema. Minha amiga Indra queria se vestir no tema do filme, então ela foi a Elphaba e eu fui a Glinda :3

Acho que ela acertou em cheio! A roupa dela enfatizou as roupas pretas e os detalhes verdes sem ser um cosplay. Eu não sabia muito sobre Glinda e não estava usando uma peruca loira, então espero que tenha sido OK.

Yesterday I went with a couple friends to watch Wicked on the movie theater. My friend Indra wanted us to dress up in theme, so she dressed as Elphaba and me as Glinda :3

I think she nailed it! Her outfit emphasized the black clothes and green accents without being a cosplay. I didn't know much about Glinda and I wasn't wearing a blonde wig, so I hope it was OK.

No geral foi uma experiência divertida, e olha que eu não gosto muito de musicais. Considerando que nunca assisti ao Mágico de Oz original, ainda não perdi muita coisa, e o figurino foi incrível! Adorei a construção do personagem de Elphaba, e Glinda meio que me conquistou um pouco (mesmo sendo tão irritante, hahahaha).

Overall it was a fun experience, and I don't love musicals that much. Considering I've never watched the original Wizard of Oz, I still didn't miss much, and the costume design was amaaaaaazing! I loved Elphaba's character building, and Glinda kinda grew a bit on me (even though she's so annoying hahahaha).

Estou curiosa para ler o livro, na verdade. Ou, pelo menos, eu deveria assistir ao filme original do Mágico de Oz!

I feel curious about reading the book, actually. Or, at least, I should watch the original Wizard of Oz movie!
